The slicer shredder attachment includes 3 stainless steel drum blades: a 5mm slicing blade, a 6mm coarse shredding blade, and a 3mm fine shredding blade. You can use it to quickly process a variety of foods, including vegetables, cheese, and nuts.

While only the slicer blades are dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand-washing the attachment with soap and warm water (not exceeding 122°F). The provided cleaning brush can help clean any hidden crevices or corners.
